Done!!!

We are finally moved back in and done….well, almost.  Two guys have to come back Monday.  The sinks are leaking slightly due to needing updated something and the floor needs a few touching ups.  We have almost everything back into place other than a table of “stuff” that we don’t know what to do with.  There are a lot of things that don’t have a place and we can’t decide if it need to be the garbage or not.  So, here are the pictures…..

Thanks for all of the prayers during this time.  We are so thankful that this is over with.  I have to say, it has been one of the most stressful times ever.  BUT, we are very blessed and appreciative of our remodeling.

“You Can’t Have Everything”

We now have cabinets in both bathrooms, but no counter tops.  But, as my dad always has said “you can’t have everything”.  The plan is to deliver them on Friday.  Josh’s bathroom is the 1st picture- didn’t caption it.

Kendall’s bathroom is lacking paint also.  It is going to be Bermuda Breeze- which is a pink.  Our den ceiling was painted today also, but thought I would spare everyone the pictures of the ceiling.

Hopefully I will have more to share tomorrow.

We have tile!!

Well, it might not look like much, but it is definitely progress.  It is more than we have been seeing.  This is the downstairs bathroom.

And no, we do not have any idea who the pervert is that placed a window in the shower while building.

Thanks firemen!  It is much better than the 1970’s gold tile that was there previously.  They will grout it Monday and supposedly they will be delivering the cabinets on Monday.  Nothing has happened when it is supposed to, so we will see.  The rest of the house looks pretty much the same.  They have patched the water spots and holes in the den ceiling and fixed some other water spots.  They have to paint the ceiling and walls, not to mention carpet, cabinets and counter tops.  They are also saying the carpet is going in Wednesday.  I will keep you posted, but they say we should be able to move back home Friday.  Hopefully so, then I can have my new furniture moved in Friday afternoon.  Anybody want to make bets on all of that?
